Another part of our RESPONSE-ABILITY is the commitment to provide total quality service to our customers.

We offer one of the most extensive training and development programs in the industry. Through Mayflower, we have a Quality Labor Certification program that teaches our employees techniques for safely packing and loading your possessions. In order to become certified, our movers and packers must complete 25 hours of classroom training and master 160 skills associated with the moving process.

Our personnel also undergo training through UniGroup University, Mayflower's internet-based learning resource. It teaches our moving professionals to master packing and loading techniques virtually anytime or anywhere. Employees can expand and retain their skills at their own pace by accessing the University's online training programs.
